When you buy a new property or are just considering a property in Paphos we will be your eyes and ears.
We visit the construction site* and inspect your property whilst it is being built; we then compile a progress report, including pictures on your behalf. See sample report.
We take up to 20 digital photos on each visit and prepare a report, detailing what has been done so far. We then create password protected web pages on our website for you to view. You will be able to monitor the building process from your home, confident in the knowledge that you are completely informed about the status of your property; in particular you will know what you are paying for.

Progress reports are compiled and posted within 3-4 days. However allow us a maximum of 7 days to visit your site, complete your report, post it on the website and notify you.
In the event of us not meeting this timeframe, the report is free.
