Paphos is particularly well represented in the services sector and there are shops, supermarkets and stores for just about everything you require. Polis is primarily a tourist town, however, two large supermarket chains opened there recently.
Paphos town has a permanent market in the center of Ktima (Old Town) and its emphasis is primarily on tourist products, gift items and memorabilia. It also has a traditional fish and fruit section. It is very picturesque and has a proud history. There are also several Flea Markets and Boot Sales taking place across the region throughout the week.
The Mesogi area of Paphos focuses on larger stores providing furniture, electrical goods, sanitary ware as well as DIY stores and the local Industrial Estate which houses the Department of Transport and Driving Test Center, Woodwork factory, clothes factory, aluminium factory and a top wine provider.

This is a large spacious supermarket with wide aisles and a second floor that allows you to go upstairs with your trolley on an inclined moving walkway. There is a large easy to use parking area directly in front of the supermarket. An MTN outlet operates from the second floor, in the electronics department.
Sklavenitis also have a large supermarket in Kato Paphos, located within the Kings Avenue Mall

There are three Papantoniou supermarkets in Paphos, one in Polis, one in Pissouri and the newest one in Limassol.
The Main branch is at Ellados Ave. The larger stores have an extensive range of products available on the shelf, including international brand name products.
Special features in this store are the butchery, fishmonger, extensive fruit and vegetable section, delicatessen, especially various cheeses, a bakery serving delicious bread and goodies, toys and games section, clothes section, ample parking areas, central location.
There is a bonus card system in operation with good discounts in exchange for your points, plus cash purchases.
Iceland label products are now available through Papantoniou stores.
Parking is limited at the Chloraka branch and difficult at the Kato Paphos Branch. Papantoniou supermarkets are popular with ex-pats.
Debenhams and Superhome Center.

Debenhams is a department store encompassing a supermarket on the ground floor. Debenhams also offers designer clothes, children's wear, books, handcrafted gifts, shoes, a brilliant range of cosmetics, an in-house optical section, as well as a spacious cafeteria and bakery.
Paphos Super Home center has everything you would expect of a D.I.Y. store, as well as many home and garden items, often at superb prices.
Parking is generously available near the store and there is also some limited covered Parking.
There are a bonus card system in operation. The cards can be used across Cyprus in 54 stores, including 45 Zako shops, 3 Next shops and Villeroy & Boch.
AlphaMega Supermarkets, are huge group already well established in Greece, now adding to the supermarket family of Paphos and Cyprus. AlphaMega are a national company with representation in all the major cities of Cyprus. They recently opened another supermarket in Skarinou, Larnaca district, just off the A1 highway at junction 13.
With a modern, newly built building at the beginning of the A6 Paphos to Limassol highway, this supermarket prides itself on offering convenience without sacrificing luxury to its clients.
It has a butchery, delicatessen, fishmonger, bakery and several other departments.
Ample of parking is available, but be careful as the exit leads straight onto a busy dual carriageway.
AlphaMega also supply Tesco label products; offering a large range of frozen, tinned and other food products at reasonable prices.
A bonus points loyalty scheme is available.
Lidl Supermarkets
Tombs of the Kings road, opposite the Venus Beach Hotel and just off the Mesogi road near Dasoudi park.

Kings Avenue Mall
A vast shopping mall in Kato Paphos, the addition of this shopping attraction has given a major boost to the quality and range of products available to shoppers.
There are several restaurants on site, including Burger King, Pizza Hut, KFC, Cinnabon, Cafe Nero, Costa Coffee, a Japanese fusion restaurant; WagaMama and many more. Add to this a cinema, kids play and an arcade arena, you are sure to spend a day in shopper's paradise.
The underground parking is vast and is attending by permanent security guards, flanked by a shoe repair shop, florist, sock shop and other minor shops.

The latest addition is the Paphos store and it is located in the Kings Avenue Mall, this store is huge and spans three floors. Phillipos Supermarkets are based in Peyia, Paphos area.
There are two supermarkets, the original store is in Peyia village center, behind the Church.
The new supermarket is located on the main road to St Georges and Sea Caves area 200mts past the 1st roundabout on the right hand side, when heading west or away from Paphos.
Both stores are well stocked, the new store has a vast range of products, both local and international brands are catered for.
