General info:
Self-drive rental vehicles all have red number plates starting with
the letter "Z".
1) There are several bands of vehicle from A to G.
2) Hire rates vary according to the type of vehicle, season and duration
of the rental.
3) You are allowed unlimited mileage.
4) You may ask for the vehicle to be delivered to and collected from
the airports (by prior arrangement).
5) Vehicles are delivered with a full tank; the cost of the fuel is
added to the price and must be paid for by the customer.
6) Drivers under 25 years of age must inform the car rental company
if their driving licence has been valid for less than
three years. In this
instance a special insurance coverage is provided.
7) Customers should ensure that any information pertaining to the rental
is read.
8) There are two distinct price seasons:
Summer Rates: April 1 - Oct. 31
Winter Rates: Nov. 1 - March 31
