There has been much speculation since the conception of the idea, some thirty years ago, of a new marina in Podima Bay, Kissonerga.
It is believed that The Paphos marina will have 1000 berths for vessels of all sizes, and will include restaurants, bars, cafes,  shops and various leisure facilities.
The marina location will be close to the already established local communities of Kissonerga, Coral Bay and Peyia, therefore all utilities and services that are needed are already in place.
The suggested location is adjacent to the coast road, making access to Paphos town very easy. This location is also within easy walking distance of established bus routes serving the areas of Paphos – Kissonerga – Coral Bay – Peyia.

There are currently ongoing negotiations, and the actual start date of construction has yet to be announced.
