Coral Bay is a popular tourist resort in the Peyia Municipality. It is named such due to the large amounts of coral that previously littered the beach, however they have all but disappeared in recent years.

The coast to the north and south of the Bay is characterized by rocky headlands and sea caves, however, Coral Bay itself is a 600m cresent of soft white sand, enclosed by limestone headlands.

Following the E701 until Peyia and turning left into Coral Bay Ave, puts you in the heart of Coral Bay. Several resturants, pubs and bars line the street and further down the road the car parks on either side of the road show the location of the main beach. Several bar restaurants are also located on the beach while water-sports, umbrellas and sunbeds are available to hire.
